Alan Jackson
Alan the founder of Theorem Advisory is an independent advisor to corporate boards and senior management on all aspects of executive remuneration, non- executive director pay and associated governance. This includes designing and developing cash, equity based and equity equivalent incentives along with identifying appropriate remuneration strategies.
Over the past 15 years, Alan has had high profile clients like the board remuneration committees of a broad spectrum of ASX listed company clients in terms of size and sector. Other clients include a variety of unlisted and pre- IPO entities.
Alan established this company in 2012 and prior to this he had worked as a Principal consultant for Aon Hewitt. He still continues working for them as a contractor required to assist with specialised projects for their clients.
He has also worked for various other companies like major multinationals in the consumer and financial services sectors, bringing with him rich and vast experience to help you. Along with this, Alan has qualifications in accounting and finance giving him a solid foundation of financial metrics, incentive plan design and performance alignment.
